Enquiries are not confirmed bookings

A callback request is an enquiry. Confirm goods acceptance, destination service, charges and booking conditions with the relevant branch. Your booking is recorded when the branch issues its LR. Bring goods to the booking office as instructed by that branch.

Shipment updates

Online shipment tracking covers Mumbai → Hyderabad digital records. Updates show the latest event entered by BNR or a connected booking system. They are not continuous GPS locations. Other routes use branch contact updates.

Transit estimates and charges

The usual Mumbai → Hyderabad estimate is around two days; actual dispatch and arrival depend on operations and road conditions. Confirm timing with the office. Freight is entered at delivery; an unconfirmed amount is not a zero charge.
